Journal works, no freezing at Chapter 9 and 11.

For all those not able to do the fix, i have done it for you.
Now this is just plug'n'play, if you still cant manage it I cant help you.
Nice side effect of the fix is the game now fits on external hdd too
since there is no big files anymore. Instead there is a bunch of small
files now, but there is near to no slowdown in the loading times.

Follow these steps IN ORDER:

 1. Extact Uncharted 3 to your PC.
 2. Copy extract.bat ,psarc.exe and zlib.net.dll from the UC3FULLFIX.rar to PS3_GAME\USRDIR\BUILD\MAIN.
 2. Run the extract.bat (this will extract the required psarc files and cleanup when finished).
 3. Rename the "bindc1" folder to "dc1" and move it inside the empty "bin" folder.
 4. copy the "USRDIR" folder from the UC3FULLFIX.rar into the PS3_GAME folder of Uncharted 3 (Click yes to overwrite all files).
 5. Replace the EBOOT.BIN with the one included in the UC3FULLFIX.rar. 
 6. Transfer Uncharted back to your PS3, launch in Multiman.

***IMPORTANT***- I suggest you to back up original '.psarc' files in your computer before try this. Because the fix will extract .psarc files and delete them from your computer..
